579th Inland Cargo Transfer Company Exceeds WAREX26 Expectations
On July 31st, 2026, at Fort McCoy, Wis., 1st Sgt. Nathan Zonas, Pfc. Kera Golding, and Pfc. Stephani Abarca Juarez from the 579th Inland Cargo Transfer Company conducted Central Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP) operations in support of Warrior Exercise 2026 (WAREX26). Due to their exceptional initiative, technical proficiency, professional development, and sustained performance at WAREX26, they received 86th Training Division and 1st Brigade coins from Brig. Gen. Paul L. Kuettner and Command Sgt.’s Maj. Santi S. Khoundet and Chad E. Riggles. U.S. Army Reserve, Joint, and Multinational leaders and partners joined the 86th Training Division’s premier WAREX Team to deliver rigorous, challenging, and demanding training that replicates multi-domain environments and large-scale combat operations.
